Items once ordered cannot be canceled.
If you find any manufacturing defect in your product, you must raise a request for an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Ship the defective item back to us as instructed.

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the defect, we will process an exchange for the same product or a similar one based on availability.
